Purchases can be paid through the means listed below:
- Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). Available for all countries.
In 24/72 we make shipments through the courier company GLS.
Once the purchase has been made and receipt of payment has been verified, we will proceed to prepare and send the package. This will be delivered with the following delivery times:
- Spain peninsula: 24h/72h
- Balearic islands: 48h/72h
- Canary Islands: 48h/72h
No shipments will be made on Saturdays, domains or holidays.
Orders placed during the weekend will be prepared the following Monday.
The estimated delivery times announced on the website may be altered due to local and state holidays, summer, overload of orders or due to causes beyond KAMLAONLINE, and in no case are they binding or guaranteed dates.
Shipping costs in the peninsula will be free for orders over €100.
For the Balearic and Canary Islands they will be free for orders over €150.
For orders with lower amounts, the shipping costs will be:
- Spain peninsula: 5,5 €
- Balearic Islands: 20 €
- Canary Islands: 22,90 €
The product will be considered delivered when the carrier provides the
customer the package and the latter signs the document confirming receipt of the order. A

Returns and exchanges
Returns or changes are only accepted as long as it is communicated within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
What must you do to return or exchange a product?
To return or change a product you must send us an email to email@example.com with the following information to help us speed up the process:
- Order number
- Explain the reason for the return or exchange
Once we have received the request, we will proceed to evaluate it and contact you as soon as possible to provide you with the available options according to your case.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to KAMLAONLINE, C/Comte Borell 117 local 1, 08015 Barcelona, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you Communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.
You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
How and when will you receive the amount of your refund?
Once we have evaluated the request, we will proceed to make the refund of the product in the bank account with which the payment was made.
Any refund to the customer will be made within a maximum period of 14 working days from the verification of the request.
